"This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with car insurance. We lost a very excellent car to a parking lot fender bender because State Farm totaled the car. Evidently it is worth more to them as parts for salvage than it is to do the right thing and repair it. The adjuster they sent out did not value the car correctly and we had to repeatedly ask them to do their job the right way. We’ve been without the car for over a month while State Farm drags feet and stonewalls. Now we have to take on more debt with a new car payment and lose our really great favorite car. This has cost us untold hours on the phone for weeks dealing with this horrible company."
